Background

Mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) is a malignant B-cell neoplasm considered an aggressive non-Hodgkin lympoma with a propensity for extranodal involvement. 

Case History

Presentation as per the case below identified extranodal involvement of the submandibular, sublingual, and minor salivary gland involvement but sparing the parotid glands.
