Right parotid complex sialodochoplasty (addressing distal ductal stricture) with stent placement (5 Fr pediatric feeding tube secured with a 5-0 prolene). Holmium laser fragmentation of sialolith with basket extraction of stone. 5 cc kenalog 10 instilled through stent to parotid and duct at end of case
