Case History
60 year old woman, an administrative assistant with high vocal demands and a significant past medical history of gastroesophageal reflux and tobacco use, presents to the clinic with progression of polypoid corditis over a decade treated surgically.

Preop Dx: Polypoid corditis, vocal fold polyps, dysphonia, OSAS
Postop Dx: Same
Procedure: Microdirect laryngoscopy with resection of vocal fold polyps
Anesthesia: General OETT - 5-0 MLT use of image guided glide scope for intubation
Findings: As per photos below; anterior commissure preserved to decrease risk of anterior web. All specimens to path
