65-year-old former church choir singer unable to do so due to progressive dysphonia initially presenting 6 months ago with decreased vocal range now progressing to affect his speaking voice as well. 10 years of smoking quit in 1968.Photos from surgery - Histopathology from both right and left vocal cords showed moderate squamous dysplasia.
