Case Description

65 yo presented to UIHC in 1999 with a one-year history of decreased voice strength and dysphonia with gradual progression over the preceding year. A biopsy was done to establish the diagnosis of laryngeal amyloidosis with a CT done along with Medical Oncology evaluation. With no further treatment the patient has been followed yearly without progression of symptoms with a stable examination.
